As a member, can I bring a friend to the club occasionally?
It is absolutely fine! However, please understand that you’d have to speak to our consultants and they’ll arrange your friend or guests’ visit to our club. Your friend would need to obtain a guest pass and sign a waiver for safety and insurance purposes. Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access card, and members will be charged for unauthorized visitors.

Do you have a place where I can place my children while I work out?
Unfortunately, no. As our gym facilities are not child proof, we’re concerned over your child’s safety and well being.

Do you provide corporate discounts?

What are the payment methods available in Par Fitness?
We accept cash, debit and credit card for non-contractual memberships. As for 6 and 12 months membership, only credit card is accepted for auto-billing purposes.

How much would a Par Fitness club membership cost me?
That entirely depends on the type of membership you’ve signed up for. For more information, please contact us or visit our link here for more information.

Are there additional payments upfront or throughout the membership period?
Yes…and no.
There is an upfront administration fee to get your membership started. However, there will be no additional payments throughout your membership period with us.

Membership Status

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes you can! A minimum of 1 month up to 6 months if you’re under a 12 months program. For more information, kindly refer to our club consultants.

How do I cancel my club membership?
Please refer to our club consultants and we’ll guide you with your cancellation.


What are your operating hours?
On weekdays, we’re open from 6 a.m. till 1 a.m. whereas on weekends and public holidays we’re open from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m.

Am I old enough to join Par Fitness?
If you’re 16 years and older, then yes you’re old enough to join us! If you’re 15 and younger, you’ll need a legal guardian’s approval, and mandatory to subscribe to our personal training sessions.

Do you guys have towels?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. Par Fitness management is currently looking into providing towel services in the near future.
Are there free locker access?
Yes there is! Do take note however you’re not allowed to use the locker overnight.
What are the facilities that’s available in Par Fitness?

What if I lose my keyfob?
Let us know and we’ll arrange a new keyfob for a small replacement fee.

I’ve lost something, can you help?
Kindly remember that your belongings are your responsibility at all times. However, please let us know and we’ll check if someone handed it in to us.

What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?
The first thing you should do is to NOT PANIC. Let our club staff and trainers guide you on what you should do.
Are the team trained in first aid?
Yes but however, we should always contact the emergency hotline – 999 should there be any serious issue.
